Miss Ethel Green Becomes Bride of Carl Altrock

Bookkeeper at Mason County Co-Operative Marketing Association is Wed.

Of interest to a host of friends comes the announcement of the marriage of Miss Ethel Green, bookkeeper at the Mason County Co-Operative Marketing association office, to Carl Altrock of Ludington.

The marriage was solemnized at Methodist Epicsopal parsonage at Manistee, at 9 o'clock Thursday evening. Rev. John Clemens reading the service.

They were accompanied by Helen Decker and Charles Altrock, brother of the groom. Following the service a dinner was served at the home of the groom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Altrock of 176 Filmore Street, Manistee.

The bride was gowned in ??? crepe satin and her attendant wore a gown of blue crepe.

Following the wedding dinner, the young couple left on a trip, during which they will spend a week in the upper peninsula.

The bride is the daughter of Mrs. John Wooster of Fountain and was graduated from the Scottville high school with the class of 1926.

Since then she has been bookkeeper with the Mason County Co-Operative Marketing association and, by her friendliness as well as her efficiency, she has made a large circle of friends among the patrons of the association and her co-workers in that establishment. She will continue her work for the present.

While working in Scottville she has made her home with Mr. and Mrs. George Decker where she has been as a loved daughter in the home, sharing the joys of the home with their own daughter, Helen.

Mr. Altrock has for several years been chief mechanic with A. Kann and Co. He came to Ludington after being in the employ of this company in Manistee for some time.

A home, fully furnished, awaits their return at 709 north Rowe street, Ludington. Friends unite in wishing them much happiness.
