DAMRON--Funeral services for Mrs. Virginia Damron, 74 years old, a resident of Joplin for forty-two years who died at 6:30 o'clock Saturday night at her home, 1329 Illinois avenue, were conducted this afternoon at the Hurlbut chapel. Burial was in Forest Park cemetery. Surviving are three sons, Charles Damron 2010 East Seventh street, Leo Damron, 730 Connecticut avenue and Jason Damron of Treece; two daughters, Mrs. Lizzie Smith, East Twentieth street; and, Mrs. Ora Hughes, County Line and Duquesne road; nineteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
