Distribution of Estate of Bayze Wells
We the subscribers(?) being appointed by the Hon. Court of Probate for the district of Farmington to distribute the estate of Bayze Wells late of Farmington dist(?) - According to our appointment we have distributed said estate in the following manner viz.-To the widow of said dec'd one third part of the real estate(?) belonging to said dec'd of which she is to have the (use and?) improvement of during her natural life, said land is situated in the following manner - One half of the dwelling house viz. North room South Chambers of West bedroom Chamber the east half of the cellar also a privilege in the kitchen. Butting south meal chamber garnet(?) of oven also the west half of the old Barn and North third part of the new Barn with a privilege in the Barn yard dooryard(?) and wood house. Also two Roods of Land on the East side of Land let to Asahel bounded North and South to a point East on Land let to Russell of West on Land let to Rachel - Also three Roods of Land on the West side of Land let to Russell Bounded north on Sarah Phelps and South on Turnpike Road. Also one acre on the North and end of Land let to Calvin in the ?? let to Calvin(?) and four acres on the North end of land let to Calvin in the South pasture to cattle. Also seven acre of Land on the North end of Land let to Ralph including the Highway piece(?) to cattle and seven acres of land on the North end of land let to Bayze. Also three acres of three Roods of Land on the North end of Land let to Ruth the wife of Arial Hancock. Also three acres of nineteen Rods of Land on the North end of Land Let to Hiram in the wood lot and one acre on the North end of Land Let to ? Hiram in the meadow with a privilege of passing to and from to ?? - over(?) and occupy the Lane(?)

Also to the oldest son Asahel North half of the dwelling house south half of the old homestead horn(?) house and about two acres of three Rood and Land the buildings standing thereon bounding North on the heirs of Samuel Whitman south on the Turnpike Road East on land let to Russell and West on land let to Hiram -with the encumbrance of the widow dower. Also to the 2nd son Ralph about nineteen acres of 15 Rods of Land Bounded North on his own land in part and in part on Elijah(?) Flagg South on the ?? of Nancy(?) Brown(?) in part and part on Joseph Whiting part on Land let to Calvin and West on Martin Cadwell in part and part on Joseph Whiting and Elijah(?) Flagg also two other ?? of Land Lying North of the Turnpike Road containing about one acre and 4 rods, one piece Bounds North on the heirs of Samuel Whitman South and west on his own land and East on Russell Wells. The other piece Bounds North and West on his own land South on the Turnpike road and East on Russell Wells-with the encumbrance of the widow dower. Also to the third son Bayze about 15 acres and 13 Rods of Land Bounded North on the turnpike Road South on the heirs of Henry Brown(?) part on Land let to Ruth the wife of Arial Hancock and west on Land let to Hiram-with the encumbrance of the widow dower.

Also to the 4th son, Calvin, about thirteen acres on Rood and 38 Rods of Land Bounded North and West on land belonging to Ralph Wells South on the heirs of Henry Brown(?) and part on Land let to Hiram. Also three acres of Land in the Perkins(?) Lot to cattle Bounded North on the heirs of Henry Brown(?) south and part on his own Land and West on the Heirs of Ichabod Lyman-with the encumbrance of the widow dower.

Also to the 5th son Hiram about two acres and ?? Roods of land in the homestead together with the New Barn standing thereon. Said land is Bounded North on the Heirs of Samuel Whitman south on the Turnpike Road East on the land let to Asahel and West on the land ?? to Russell Wells with the encumbrance of West of the old barn landing thereon and the widow's dower. Also one other piece of land containing about five acres Bounded North on Turnpike Road in part and part on Land belonging to Ralph Wells South on the heirs of Henry Brown(?) East on Land Let to Bayze and West on land let to Calvin in part and part on Ralph Wells-with the encumbrance of the widow's dower.

Also to Ruth the wife of Arial Hancock about twelve acres and two Roods of Land Bounded North on the Turnpike Road South on the heirs of Henry Brown(?) East on Erastis Phelps and Stephen Brown(?) and west on Land let to Bayze-with the encumbrance of the widows dower.
